What do you have in stock?

Most of our mouldings are made to order, we specialize in custom profiles and typically only make what is needed at that time. We do keep some pre-primed mouldings from EL&EL - MDF, Finger Jointed Pine and Exterior Bodyguard in stock. However, we can order in a variety of profiles in many different species of wood typically within 1-2 days.

What services do we have to offer?

Custom moulding is our specialty. Glue-up services are our second most popular, including table and counter tops, cutting boards and butcher blocks as well as box beams, all made to fit any dimension requested.

Is there a minimum order for small projects?

No order is too minimal, but we do have flat rates in place for certain small projects. Please contact us for a quote.

What is your lead time?

Lead time depends on the particular project and our current milling schedule but typically 5-7 business days

Can you deliver my order?

Yes, we offer delivery all over the Bay Area, delivery fees may apply to certain locations

How quickly can you turn around a quote?

We can generate an estimate within 24 hours of a quote request

Do you offer priming/finishing?

We have a few different finish shops available to us for priming and clear coating wood, pricing is based on the width and total footage of material

Do you have a rush fee and if so, what is it?

We can rush certain orders, the fees are based on the total footage of material and the requested turn around time. Next day rush is 100% of total project and two day rush is 50% of total project.

What is your deposit and payment protocol?

We require a 50% deposit on custom orders, to be paid in full at the time of pick up or delivery.

What is your pricing on milling my own lumber and what is the current lead time?

Milling fees can be found on our wholesale price list - updated Jan 2020 - Lead time is typically 2-3 days for surfacing and straight lining material, 5-7 days for S4S and moulding profiles.

Can you produce CAD drawings for customer approval on certain projects?

Yes, we can! We are happy to help facilitate your projects by offering clarity with precise pictures and diagrams. This service can be done within 24 hours of a request and typically at no charge. However, we do have certain fees:

CAD fee for large projects with multiple profiles is $50.00
Drawing Radius/3D profiles is $125.00
